This unit can be configured for filling, stopper inserting, screwing, sealing, closing, crimping, capping, labeling, etc., by adding additional function stations around the transport star wheel which indexes by one position allowing for multiple duties to simultaneously occur.  Currently this unit is set up for capping and had an external labeling machine functioning with output flow.

The last configuration was operating a major brand name cosmetic product. Caps were manually fed by operator on trays (8 caps across), the process is automatic with tray infeed. The trays are transported to the robotic cap pick station while caps are then transferred to the cap puck conveyor and transported to a secondary pick and compression capping station.

Integral controls include; main electric panel with Siemens S7-300 controls and typical operating speed is 50 cpm. Designed for puck container handling using 3" wide puck conveyor. Caps are fed by 19" wide trays and placed onto 2.25" sqr pucks. Includes controls.
