5 Pounds White  White Titanium Dioxide will make white concrete (white Portland) pure white at 10% loading rate.  Also used with grey concrete to make silver/platinum shades.   Coverage   One cubic foot of concrete mix (about 120 pounds) contains about 30 pounds of Portland cement.  If colored at a light loading of color (1%) it would take approximately 0.3 pounds of pigment to color 120 pounds of concrete.  At a maximum pigment loading of 10% you would use 3 pounds of pigment to color one cubic foot of concrete.  A relatively standard size counter top (8' L x 2' W x 1.5" D) would require anywhere from 3 to 6 pounds of pigment depending on the deepness of the color desired.  Do not add more than 10% pigment to your Portland cement content.  It will not alter the color any further and it will begin to weaken the strength of your concrete.
